What is your Returns Policy?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging and returned back to us using tracked delivery. If your product parts are a detective or missing, we can send you the replacement parts for you or partially refund you first, if your product’s parts are infecting your product function. You can’t repair it by yourself or the local technique person, and we will consider replacing a new item with you.
